Serba serbi Vaksin Meningitis

 Meningitis merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit mematikan yang menyebabkan peradangan selaput otak. Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus ini banyak ditemui diwilayah Timur Tengah dan bagian Barat Afrika. Dsarankan bagi para pelancong yang hendak mengunjungi kawasan tersebut untuk melakukan vaksin mengitis guna membangun kekebalan tubuh agar tidak mudah terinfeksi virus penyebab meningitis. Bahkan negara Arab Saudi mewajibkan vaksin tersebut sebagai persyaratan memperoleh visa memasuki negara tersebut. Artikel ini menceritakan proses persiapan vaksin meningitis. Simak uraiannya ya.

Vaksin meningitis dapat diperoleh pada rumah sakit milik pemerintah maupun swasta serta klinik kesehatan. Kegunaan berkas administrasi tersebut sebagai data rujukan bagi pengisian buku kuning sebagai bukti telah divaksin meningitis. Setelah itu, calon penerima vaksin diwajibkan mengisi surat permohonan vaksin meningitis dan mendeklarasikan kondisi dan riwayat kesehatan. Kedua hal tersebut penting dilakukan guna menghindari hal fatal seperti alergi yang membahayakan kondisi tubuh. Setelah lolos clearance check, kita akan di ukur tekanan darah dan dipastikan kondisi tubuh. Apabila kondisi tubuh kita dit dan memenuhi syarat maka paramedik akan melakukan vaksinasi dengan cara mengoleskan cairan alkohol pada lengan sebagai cara sterelisasi. Tak sampai 1 menit, cairan vaksin meningitis diinjeksikan kedalam tubuh dan bekas suntikan ditutup dengan potongan kecil kain kassa agar tidak infeksi. Reaksi tubuh setelah 2-3 jam adalah terasa nyeri pada bagian tubuh yang diinjeksi vaksin. Taknperlu khawatir karena hal tersebut merupakan reaksi normal. Sembari menunggu buku kuning disiapkan petugas, kita perlu mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp. 350,000,-sebagai biaya pembelian vaksin, jasa dan pembuatan buku kuning. Pada buku tersebut memuat data diri penerima vaksin seperti: nama, nomor passpot, alamat, negara tujuan, tanggal pemberian vaksin, masa berlaku vaksin dan nama paramedis yang memberikan vaksin. Travelling librarian part 1 : Visiting Morlock Wings.

Adelaide is a fascinating city. We can meet friendly dwellers and see beautiful parks. A conducive situation makes a new comer feeling comfortable. Interestingly, the city council has fully attention to preserve old buildings. No wonder that many old buildings are attracting. The series of city's landmarks can be easily found in the North Terrace. It can be mentioned that Adelaide Train Station, Old Parliament House and State Library of South Australia are situated along North Terrace. These landmarks give a sophisticated impression for the new comer.

An old building with medieval architecture attracted my curiosity. After I read a plaque outside the building, I knew that the building was called Morlock Wings. The curiosity encouraged me to enter the building. The main entrance could be obtained through a corridor crossing the main entrance of State Library. Unbelievable, I felt that the time seemingly went back to the past. I saw a wide range of mementos from time to time. It could be found the artifacts of harvesting wine, sea exploration and many other things in the first floor. In the next level, there were a lot of rare books. Amazing was a piece of word from my lip to describe the valuable collections in the Mortlock Wings. These historical collections reminds me with a quote "History will be kind for me, I intend to write it-Winston S. Churchill'. The Morlock Wings and its collections is bridging the past and present time.

A personal experience at Botanical Garden, Mount Lofty.

"If you feel bored with your daily routines, you should go to elsewhere". This advise gave an idea to spend my mid break in the different way. I felt happy when my friends invited me to join them at Botanical Garden. I thought that it was a great idea to obtain a new experience.

The Botanical garden is located out of town. It can be reached by public transports or private cars. It is recommended that visitor should visit between mid of April until May. At that time, many leaves are fall down. This is a sign of winter season. The visitors can explore the garden through several hiking tracks. Don't be worry, if you feel tired during the exploration. The visitors can take a time to breath in the rest areas which are spread out over the garden.

Another interesting place in the Botanical Garden is a lake. The lake is situated in the down hill side. The visitors can reach this place easily because the track is equipped with signals. It will take around thirty minutes from parking area to lake. The view is amazing. The landscape of lake offers a beautiful view. The wild ducks swim over the lake.

I was lucky that day. I went the garden in the evening, so there were a few visitor. The situation in the lake was very calm. I could release my stress by sight seeing panoramic view in the lake. After i return home from this garden, I felt that my soul was recharged.
